Bank Reconciliation Services / Cash We provide a full list of Cash Management services, which can be tailored to your companines needs. Here is a general list of services we can offer you: * Monthly or Daily Bank Reconciliations can be performed based on the owner individual needs. Sometimes an owner needs to know what the cash flow is on a daily basis to maintain a good operation. * Verify Bank Deposits with Deposits posted in the System. * Clear Checks posted to the bank againt checks written in the Accounts Payable System. * Post Bank Fee General Journal Entries to Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger. * Monitor and report Deposits in transit on the end of the month Bank Reconciliation. * Monitor and report Outstanding checks on the end of the month Bank Reconciliation. Cash management is a vital part of the daily operations and we will monitor the daily Cash Deposits and Checks written to give you an accurate account of Cash at the end of the day or month (owner will decide on the frequency of reporting). We will also monitor bank fees to make sure the charges are accurate on a monthly basis. |
